I am currently in the waiting room. I have been waiting for over an hour to merge my wife's bank account with mine. I went to the desk twice and they said someone will be with me shortly. I won't be coming back to this bank.
No one here has a clue or could answer a simple question. They don't understand their products and sent me home with a pamphlet about on-line banking. Where do they get these people?
