Just moved to cape cod for AmeriCorps and forgot my bike at home. The store owner took me into the back and helped me find a good no-frills bike he'd just gotten in and sold it to me for a steal! Even tuned it up for me no cost after letting me ride it around. Great customer service like that means I'll be using this place as my go to while I'm here
As newcomers to the area, we tried out this bike store to get our 2 bikes back in shape after a cross-country move. Being fairly new bikes, there wasn't much work needed. Our tires were inflated, our chains were lubricated and we were on our way after 10 minutes. We weren't even charged a penny for the inspection! The only thing that was requested of us was to remember and recommend their store if we ever needed to rent a bike. You bet I will recommend them to anyone willing to listen!!!

My sis and I are SO thankful for Barbs bike shop for fixing our bike and saving our vacation. Without the help of them the bike that we crashed, shattered to pieces (which caused a smell of burning rubber) would not have survived the crash. This was important to us because we saved $20 per day on parking by riding it to the beach. In summary, Barb’s bike shop saved our a**** from getting screamed at by father and I would recommend their service to all those visiting cape cod!
Barb's Bike Shop has the best service in Dennis. We enjoyed a great family bike ride and the staff at the shop were so friendly. Highly recommend!
