Don't go here for your car inspection. They failed the inspection based on windshield fluid not coming up. Did it ever dawn on them that it might need windshield washer fluid? I went next door to Shell station, filled it up and it passed. They claimed they put fluid in which was a lie, because I had just filled it. They did not want to take any responsibility and just basic good customer service without being rude would have sufficed.

I have had some very mixed experiences here, over the years and they have a pretty horrible reputation around town for horrible customer service and ridiculously expensive charges, but to be fair the management has changed a few times over the years and it's not really the same people. They don't charge crazy prices for repair work when I go there. In fact they seem pretty fair. I can go in for an annual inspection and they usually have it done in fifteen minutes. I've been in a few times for basic services like oil changes and it never takes more than twenty minutes or so and they are always polite. Local reputation is no good when you live in a community of cheap retirees who think you should be able to get an oil change for ten dollars, or that fifty cents is even an acceptable tip for horrible service these days.
