Our experience with Reef Cape Cod's Home Builder was 5 star from start to finish. From excavation to move-in, we were always involved, understood, and treated with respect and a true commitment to make our home a dream come true. We never once left the REEF family without feeling our needs were being met, above and beyond our expectations. The few concerns we had were dealt with to the highest level of professionalism by everyone at REEF, from the home office professionals to their wonderful representatives on the job site. We cannot recommend a better builder because we truly believe.. there isn't a better builder than REEF Cape Cod Home Builders.
Come look at the cracks in the foundation. Didn't repair it right and now we have a $55,000 bill to repair a new home (12 years). I would avoid this builder at all costs.
