I have been attending Pilates for six months now. The space is incredibly clean (which I love), the instructors are well educated and personable and they offer many options for classes and times. I have looked for years for a place that met all of my criteria, and finally I have found it! Amen! I feel and look better than I have in five years! Friends and family tell me they can see a difference in how I look and even my massage therapist asked me what I had been doing because my muscles were so toned!
