CareWell was everything I read online. I was greeted with a smile and didn't have to wait long at all. Most of all I saw a real doctor! I had been going to clinic and getting no where for months. I felt more secure in this visit than in six I had prior to the other. I'm hoping the medication will do the trick! Thank you so much!!
The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor we're all very kind and professional. They were all very efficient and the time I spent there was minimal. Doctor Henin spend some time discussing my problem and suggested some helpful Solutions. I would definitely recommend their services. They also called the next day to make sure I was feeling better.
I saw NP Doyle, she was SO amazing!! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and took the time to answer any and all questions. She casually spoke with me making me feel comfortable, genuinely welcomed, and cared about. I wish she were my primary care provider, she was truly a pleasure to have met. I have confidence in her diagnosis and treatment of my ailments.
You get to register and make an appointment online (which I did) or walk-in. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and was promptly taken in. The facility is very clean and modern, having a numerous variety of magazines and TV’s not only in the waiting area, but in the exam rooms as well. The nurse was friendly who took my vitals, not long after she left the NP was in to examine me.
I came in on a Sunday with a double ear infection. The staff was very polite, even providing a drink and snack for my 3 children as we had to wait a few minutes. The nurse was very understanding of my preference to take as little medication as possible and provided a way to attempt to treat my ears locally with a backup plan if that didn't work. I was also very pleased with the cost considering it was half of what I paid the last time I went to an urgent care center, years ago. To top it all off, on the way out they gave my kids a cute little penguin ice pack which they loved. A very caring, pleasant experience. Thanks to all!
Well run typical doc-in-a-box operation. Open 8 to 8 seven days a week. iPad check in. Not any wait when I got there. Nurse sees you first to gather vital stats then doctor comes in. One physician works a 12 hour shift. Receptionist handles check in. Comfortable waiting area large enough to try and get away from that guy who's sneezing. TVs everywhere to entertain while you wait and lots of magazines from the Carter Administration... just kidding... Clinton. If you're spouting blood or have a protruding bone, I'd head for the Hyannis Hospital ER. Anything else, this is your place.
