But they cater mainly to contractors and often treat homeowners--at best--rather dismissively. If you want to be ignored and treated like a nuisance, you can get good paint cheaper at Home Depot. On the other hand, the delightful and very helpful woman who sells wallpaper is a treasure and I highly recommend consulting her,
