The rudest women I've ever met. 4:50 and the door is closed and locked. Workers just sitting shaking their heads. I understand the stress of "the last customer" but staff accordingly or change your hours. This is sickening, I can't believe I subscribe to this "service", ha!
It was perfect. I didn't have to wait. I missed a few places on the form, and the agent politely filled them in for me. A quick eye test, and I was done. What a great service.
very nice AAA staff person, and DMV person fixed my problem in 2 minutes - I had tried literally to fix it on the phone for hrs and hrs w the DMV and insurance and got nowhere - but they got my registration renewed in minutes - THANK YOU
Trying to get my license renewed took two (2) hours. Longer than going directly to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Never again! It was very frustrating as I had asked someone to drive me and they also were inconvenienced. The young lady who helped me apologized for the breakdown, as she had a backup to contend with. I did observe the staff's handling of other customers there for travel, money exchanges, advice, etc., they were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
