I love D'Angelo's but this particular location consistently had issues. Today I ordered an Italian sub with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, banana peppers, and mayo. They call my name hand me my sandwich and say "sorry but we're out of lettuce and banana peppers" so I got a sandwich with 2 tomato slices meat and mayo. You think they should have told me this before they took my money? It would have been nice to have the option of changing my order or going somewhere else. I never have issues with the other locations, just this one.
Go to the yarmouth store, it's 10 times better
Food was cold and not to order. Employees seemed annoyed just to be there. I told them I had a large order and the shift leader's response "great".. said with great sarcasm. We were the only ones in there!
They can't answer the phone and when they do they place it down on the table and let you hear what they are doing. After 5 mins they take and hang the phone up, this happened 2 times.
This story is greatly under-staffed.
I'm impressed with this location. They were fast and got my order as well as a friend's order correct. We had the manager serve us today, and he was extremely friendly, it's nice to see staff like this, there isn't enough people like this out there. It was a pleasant little place. I'd happily go back. 5 stars.
The food is always good and fresh. The people who work there are always very friendly. The place is clean and bright.
