Waited 2 weeks for date of service. Brought boat, and sat for 7 days without them even pulling out to look at. Service employee actually stated he did not have enough time to call yamaha motor for any warranty issues (which is why I brought boat and talked to him the prior 2 weeks previous) and could not find my paperwork. I walked into marina and sailed her away and my entire family cheered and slept peacefully. Worst and most arrogant service I have ever encountered on the cape. They NEVER called me once during that week, I called 3 times, and every time felt like I was bothering them. Left a voice message morning before removing, no call back. Old owner arrogant and incompetent service department, new owner same situation.
Great service, but don't tell anyone. These folks will get you back in the water in no time. Very user friendly. The seem to go above and beyond. The guys in the yard are hardworkers and will accommodate you, like no other.

The service at the gas dock and the restaurant is good. The rest of the the organization is at best indifferent and on the average somewhat arrogant. Customers seem to be an inconvenience. I keep my boat on the Bass River but they are the last resort for any boat service.

As a cape local and bass river local I will do my best to assure anyone whom I come into contact with is education on how they treated me and to be warned. Interesting, I wonder what their employee and technician turnover is? They seem VERY understaffed!!!!
