Friendly, clean, comfortable and inviting. Been a guest for the past 3 years and can't say enough about the friendly staff and the accommodations! Great location and close to some wonderful bayside beaches. Owners are incredibly kind, helpful and eager to make your stay a memorable one.

The rooms felt homely. Nothing beats a beach side cottage, but it felt just like home, and quaint and wonderful. Right across the street from Grumpies too!! Couldn't pick a better spot! Lovely rooms, comfy beds.
This is the epitome of Cape living. Our room was very clean and well-appointed. The colors in the room, the pillows, even the woodwork were Cape-inspired. It was a lovely experience.
Our room was small. Everything was tight. But it did fit two large beds. The water pressure was perfect. The structure itself was trailer like. I'm still puzzled why the rates are so incredibly high.
